NEWCASTLE GRADUATE COMPETITION - TOMMEE TIPPEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These rules and terms and conditions are the rules ("Rules") which apply to Tommee Tippee’s Graduate Fair Competition ("Competition"). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

2. The Competition is organised by Mayborn (UK) Limited of Mayborn House, Balliol Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EW (“Mayborn”). You can contact us in relation to the Competition by writing to us at this address.

3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, results and any issues relating to the Competition, the decision of Mayborn shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

ELIGIBLITY  

4. Each Competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry excluding employees (or member of their families or households of the employees) of Mayborn and any of Mayborn’s affiliates.

5. By entering the Competition, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Mayborn reserves the right to check the eligibility of all entrants.

6. There is a limit to one entry per person to the Competition.

ENTERING THE COMPETITION

7. The Competition will open at 08:00am (GMT/BST) on 15 October 2025 and close on 15 October 2025 at 23:59 (GMT/BST).

8. To be entered into the Complete, you must complete the Tommee Tippee entry form and provide your answer to the question of how many soothers are in the bottle as well as your name and email address, making sure that your handwriting is legible. If Mayborn is unable to read any aspect of your answer, including your name or email address, or if Mayborn reasonably suspects that your name or email address is false, your entry may not be submitted. 

9. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Competition. 

PRIZES

10. The prize is one (1) £50 Amazon Gift Card to spend on Amazon.com.

11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

SELECTING AND NOTIFYING WINNERS

12. There will be one (1) winner selected.

13. The winner will be the entrant whose answer is the exact number of soothers contained within the bottle. If there are multiple entrants with the same number as the correct answer, the winning entrant shall be selected at random using a computer-generated process from all correct entries submitted.

14. In all matters, the decision of Mayborn shall be final.

15. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received.

16. All entrants will be notified once the prize winner has been selected. The prize winner will be notified separately by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the winning entrant. Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified in the prize notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification and within the time stated may result in selection of an alternative winner. The winner shall be notified within 14 days after the Competition has closed.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION 

17. All personal information provided shall be stored, processed and used in accordance with our privacy policy which you can read at: https://www.tommeetippee.com/en-gb/legals/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”).

18. Each entrant agrees that Mayborn may disclose the name of the winning entrant to the Competition and the town or city in which the winning entrant is resident on the Mayborn’s social media pages and the Mayborn website. This will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not want your name and location included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify Mayborn within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the Competition. 

LIABILITIES

19. Mayborn cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Mayborn is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received or sent on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Competition Nothing in these Rules shall exclude Mayborn's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

GENERAL

20. Mayborn reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice at any time, if considered necessary by Mayborn in its opinion or if circumstances arise which are outside of Mayborn reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions on our website.

21. The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

22. These Rules are the only rules and terms and conditions for the Competition and any other rules and terms and conditions are hereby excluded.
