  • How to clean

    1. Unscrew the lid and open the flip cap to expose the spout A. 

    1. Remove the straw D. 

    1. Use your thumb to push out the hard valve from under the lid. 

    1. Pinch the base of the spout either side and push through the lid to remove. 

    1. Wash in warm soapy water and rinse in clean water or use dishwasher (top shelf only).

    To prevent damage, avoid using a brush on the soft part of the valve. 

    Do not clean with solvents or harsh chemicals. 

    Do not allow to come into contact with oil-based food (e.g. oil/tomato-based sauces) as staining will occur. 

    Not suitable for any form of sterilisation.

  • How to assemble

    Always shake parts after washing to remove excess water and leave to air dry before reassembling. Your cup could leak or be difficult to drink from if not assembled correctly as follows:

    1. Align the coloured silicone spout A and the hard white valve C, press together.Ensure the soft coloured bubble B is fully pushed through the hole in the hard white part. This is essential to make sure the valve functions correctly. 

    1. Install the coloured silicone spout A with the hard white valve C from under the lid, pull the spout A until it clicks and push the hard white valve C firmly until the three prongs lock into place. 

    1. Reassemble the hard straw D by pushing firmly into the hard white valve CScrew on lid.

  • How often should I clean my cup?

    Before first use, disassemble and clean the product and place the components in boiling water for 5 mins. This is to ensure hygiene. Excluding our insulated cups - this is not recommended.

    Before each subsequent use clean carefully to ensure hygiene. 

    Always wash the product immediately after use.

  • Inspect before use.  

  • Throw away at the first sign of damage or weakness.  

  • DO NOT store or leave in direct sunlight or near a source of heat.  

  • DO NOT store with or allow to come in contact with harsh chemicals.  

  • Not suitable for use in a conventional oven or combination microwave oven or any other heating device.  

  • As with most sippy cups, ours are to be used with milk, water or juices that don't contain pulp.  

  • DO NOT use with fizzy (carbonated) beverages, formula or hot liquids.  

  • The cup should not be carried by the handle if the lid is open. 

  • Always use this product with adult supervision. Accidents have occurred when babies have been left alone with drinking equipment due to the baby falling or if the product has disassembled.  

  • Never use feeding spouts or straws as a soother.  

  • Continuous and prolonged sucking of fluids will cause tooth decay. Tooth decay in young children can occur even when non-sweetened fluids are used. This can occur if the baby is allowed to use the cup for long periods through the day and particularly through the night when saliva flow is reduced or if it is used as a soother.  

  • Our stainless-steel cups are not suitable for microwave use.  

  • Always check food temperature before feeding.  

  • Always stir heated food to ensure heat distribution and test the temperature before serving.  

  • Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness.  

  • Keep components not in use out of the reach of children.  

  • Never attach to cords, ribbons, laces or loose parts of clothing. The child can be strangled.  

  • To avoid scalding, do not use the cup with hot liquid.  

  • Maximum liquid temperature 45ºC.  

  • Do not use the cup or any part of the cup as a toy.
