1. Offer Summary

•       Offer: $5.00 AUD off the purchase of any Tommee Tippee product.

•       Minimum spend: $20.00 AUD (after any other discounts are applied, before the coupon is redeemed).

•       Redemption channels: In-store and online at Chemist Warehouse Australia only.

•       Offer period: 23 April 2026 (12:01 AM AEST) to 27 May 2026 (11:59 PM AEST).

 

2. Eligibility & Redemption

•       The coupon is valid for one (1) use per customer per transaction.

•       Only one (1) coupon may be redeemed per transaction. Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon, voucher, or offer unless otherwise specified by Chemist Warehouse.

•       Coupon is non-transferable and has no cash value.

•       The coupon is redeemable in-store at any participating Chemist Warehouse store or online at www.chemistwarehouse.com.au.

•       For online redemption, the coupon code must be entered at the checkout prior to completing the transaction. The discount will not be applied retrospectively.

•       For in-store redemption, the coupon (printed or digital) must be presented to the cashier prior to payment being processed.

•       Redemption is subject to availability of Tommee Tippee products at the time of purchase.

 

3. Qualifying Products

•       The offer applies to all Tommee Tippee branded products sold at Chemist Warehouse in-store and online.

•       The qualifying purchase amount of $20.00 AUD must be met by Tommee Tippee products only. Non-Tommee Tippee products in the same transaction do not contribute to the minimum spend threshold.

•       Chemist Warehouse reserves the right to exclude specific products or product lines from this promotion at its discretion. Excluded products, if any, will be communicated on the coupon or at point of sale.

•       Products purchased using this offer must be for personal use only. Bulk or commercial purchases may be excluded.

 

4. Pricing & Discount

•       The $5.00 discount will be applied to the total eligible transaction value after any other applicable discounts, or promotional pricing has been applied.

•       The coupon cannot reduce the price of a product below $0.00. No change or cash will be given if the value of the coupon exceeds the total transaction value.

•       The offer is not applicable to gift cards, delivery/shipping charges, or any non-product fees.

•       Prices of Tommee Tippee products are subject to change without notice and the $5 discount applies to the price at the time of purchase.

 

5. Exclusions

•       The offer is not valid outside of the promotional period (23 April 2026 – 27 May 2026).

•       The offer is not valid at any retail outlet other than Chemist Warehouse (in-store or online).

•       The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any Chemist Warehouse staff discount.

•       Chemist Warehouse Wholesale and any third-party marketplace sellers are excluded.

•       Photocopied, altered, or otherwise tampered coupons are void and will not be accepted.

•       Coupons obtained through unauthorised channels (e.g., third-party resellers, coupon aggregator sites not authorised by Chemist Warehouse) may be void.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

•       If a product purchased using this coupon is returned for a refund, the refund will be for the amount actually paid (i.e., the discounted price). The coupon discount will not be refunded separately.

•       Chemist Warehouse's standard returns and refunds policy applies to all purchases made under this promotion.

•       Coupons used in a returned transaction will not be reissued.

 

7. Stock & Availability

•       The offer is available while stocks last. Chemist Warehouse does not guarantee availability of any specific Tommee Tippee product during the promotional period.

•       Online orders are subject to stock availability at the time of dispatch. In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Chemist Warehouse will notify the customer and offer a refund or suitable alternative.

•       Chemist Warehouse and Tommee Tippee accept no responsibility for any inability to use the coupon due to product stock limitations.

 

8. Privacy

•       Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Chemist Warehouse's Privacy Policy, available at www.chemistwarehouse.com.au.

•       Personal information will not be used for any purpose other than administering this promotion unless the customer has provided consent for other uses.

 

9. General Conditions

•       Chemist Warehouse and Tommee Tippee reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice, including in the event of any technical error, fraud, or other circumstances beyond their control.

•       Chemist Warehouse and Tommee Tippee reserve the right to void coupons and/or disqualify customers found to be abusing or misusing this promotion.

•       These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

•       Nothing in these terms and conditions limits any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
