Working with suppliers towards sustainable practices and sharing this journey.
Understand where our suppliers are on their sustainability journey and to support them to improve. In 2024, we trialled a supplier scorecard to evaluate and support the improvement of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance of our partners and capture their emissions data. We will continue to roll this out during 2025.
During 2025, we’ll start to regularly share updates and behind the scenes insights from our supplier partnerships.
We are developing traceability framework and action plan for the entire supplier base (delivered through a tiered approach) so that we can work towards a fully traceable supply chain which will be implemented from 2025.

To achieve zero to landfill status our factories, collaborating with our suppliers has been key. One example of this is at our UK Factory were we work with BJ Parrs, who collect our plastic waste and reprocess it. The polythene scrap becomes refuse bags, whilst the polypropylene waste is turned into household items like steps or drainage gutters.
Working with our suppliers is helping us to turn our waste materials into new products, whilst reprocessing plastic waste is so important as it helps to reduce plastics in landfills and oceans, whilst conserving natural resources and reducing greenhouse gases.
All our factories and our headquarters are ISO 14001 certified, a globally recognised standard for creating an effective environmental management system. Adopting this standard helps us to maintain regulatory compliance, reduce our environmental risks, deliver operational excellence, enhance our performance and reinforces our commitment to a sustainable future.
We have been a member of The UK Plastics Pact since 2020. This collaborative initiative unites businesses, governments, and NGOs to address plastic waste by fostering a circular economy for plastics. Its objectives include reducing plastic waste, capturing its value, and preventing it from polluting the natural environment.
Our membership has been instrumental in developing a roadmap to eliminate single-use plastics across our supply chain and identifying alternative solutions for non-recyclable plastics.
