Climate change is one of the most pressing challenges of our time, and we know that every action counts. That’s why we’re committed to making thoughtful, responsible choices that reduce our impact on the environment—without compromising the quality and care you expect from us. From reducing emissions and switching to renewable energy to protecting water resources and biodiversity, we’re helping shape a better future for our children.

Our Net Zero program will underpin the journey of our Climate Action Pillar. As a business we have been measuring our global carbon footprint for over 10 years, including scope three emissions for half of that time, so this exercise is familiar to us having already made significant reductions across our scope one emissions. What is new however, is establishing an approved science-based net zero target.

Our Goal

Delivering on net-zero and driving environmental stewardship to best care for our planet.

Reducing Carbon Emissions

By 2050, we’ll achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions across all operations—including production, transport, and logistics.

Switching to Renewable Energy

By 2030, all the energy we use will come from renewable sources.

Cutting Waste

By 2028, 100% of our facilities will deliver zero waste.

Protecting Biodiversity

By 2027, all our manufacturing sites will support thriving ecosystems and regenerate biodiversity.

Water Conservation

By 2026, we’ll ensure water is responsibly conserved in all production processes.

Maintaining Environmental Excellence

We are committed to maintaining best-practice environmental standards through the ISO 14001 certification across all our factories and headquarters.

How We’re Taking Action

We don’t just set targets—we make them happen through clear plans

and meaningful actions. Here’s how we’re driving change:

Reducing Carbon Emissions

We’re working to minimise greenhouse gas emissions across every part of our business.

Net Zero UK Factory

We’re developing an action plan to ensure our UK facility emits no greenhouse gases within the next two years.

Scope 1, 2 and 3 Emissions

We are finalising science-based targets and will roll out action plans to cut emissions across production, logistics, and supply chains within the next two years.

Eliminating Harmful Substances

By 2030, we’ll eliminate all harmful substances from our manufacturing facilities.

Switching to Renewable Energy

Sustainability starts with the  energy we use.

Renewable Energy

Our UK sites and Melbourne office have renewable energy supplies and we’re rolling out plans to transition all factories to renewable energy by 2030. In 2025 we will install solar at our Morocco Factory.

Energy Efficiency

We’re expanding our energy monitoring and solar testing facilities to reduce energy use across our operations.

Cutting Waste

We’re rethinking waste to eliminate landfill contributions.

Zero Waste Framework

By 2028, we’ll achieve zero waste at all facilities, using the findings from the audits we carried out in 2024.

Single-Use Plastics

We’re removing all single-use plastics from our operations by 2026, and our product supply chains by 2028.

Protecting Biodiversity

Our sites are becoming hubs for thriving ecosystems.

Biodiversity Plans

By 2026, every factory will have a tailored biodiversity plan, following the implementation of assessments from 2024.

Local Partnershops

Each key site will support a biodiversity initiative, starting at our UK factory, where over the last few years we planted wildflowers to attract bees and butterflies, created a natural pond and installed bird boxes.

Conserving Water Resources

Water is essential to life, and we’re making sure it’s used wisely.

Water Footprint Reduction

By 2026, we’ll have established closed-loop systems and conservation efforts to cut our water use.

Community Projects

We’re partnering with NGOs to protect water systems in local communities around our factories.

Maintaining Environmental Excellence

We’re committed to continuous improvement.

ISO 14001 Certification

All our factories and headquarters have achieved and will continue to meet, this gold-standard environmental management certification, with regular ongoing audits and recertifications.

Climate Action Success

Energy Management

Our headquarters, UK factory, and Melbourne office are powered by renewable electricity.
Additionally, we have installed energy monitoring equipment across all machinery at our UK and Morocco factories to support the implementation of energy efficiency plans.
These initiatives reduce our reliance on fossil fuels, a crucial step in mitigating carbon dioxide emissions and combating climate change.

Waste Management

Our UK sites and China factory are 100% zero to landfill, and our Morocco factory is at 99% zero to landfill as we work on implementing a solution for food waste.
These efforts significantly reduce the environmental impact of our waste production and disposal by diverting waste from landfills, thereby lowering harmful greenhouse gas emissions like methane that contribute to climate change.
In 2024, we launched our Zero Waste Program, focusing on reducing waste generation at its source—an important next step in our waste management journey.

Environmental Management (ISO 14001)

All our factories and our headquarters are ISO 14001 certified, a globally recognised standard for creating an effective environmental management system. Adopting this standard helps us to maintain regulatory compliance, reduce our environmental risks, deliver operational excellence, enhance our performance and reinforces our commitment to a sustainable future.
