What are the next steps?

Using the button above you can submit a return with us. Our returns portal will allow you to make a full or partial return, allowing you to drop off your items at your nearest Evri Parcel Shop. 

The portal will take you through the following steps.

  • View your order and select the items you wish to return
  • Provide a reason for your return
  • Once submitted, a QR code and Packing Slip will be generated
  • Pack your parcel (including your packing slip) and take it to your nearest Evri ParcelShop - scan your QR code at the store.
  • Once your items have been dropped off and scanned by the courier, we will start processing your return and review any eligible refunds.

Standard Returns Policy

We get it, sometimes you simply change your mind about something you’ve bought online, and you want to return it for a refund. As long as the item is still in its original condition and unused, you can return your item within 31 days of delivery. We will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Items should be returned in their original packaging, and with all descriptive tags still attached. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

This only applies to items bought directly from this website, www.tommeetippee.com. Items purchased from another website or a high street retailer, need to be returned to them.

Please keep proof of your return as very occasionally parcels can go astray.


Returns After 31 Days

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after 31 days. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.


Want to exchange an item?

We don’t offer exchanges.

Need a different size or colour of an item? You will need to do a return for the existing items and simply place a new order.


Something is wrong with my product

We're sorry to hear that you’ve received a faulty product.

Please contact us for advice and guidance on what needs to happen next. We inspect all products on return. If we agree that the product is faulty, it will be replaced free of charge.

It is essential for both hygiene reasons and to allow us to carry out a thorough assessment, that all items are returned to us in a clean and satisfactory fashion. We appreciate that due to the nature of our products, some usage may have occurred, however, we reserve the right to refuse on inspection, if the products are returned in a state unfit for handling.

Return FAQ

Usually our refunds are pretty speedy and you should receive a refund within a few days of receiving the parcel back from you. Refunds rely on your bank processing the payment, so please allow up to 10 days before contacting us.

Simply pack the items you wish to return Including your packing slip. You must include your packing slip so we can easily trace your return to your order record.

After you have packaged your item(s) and packing slip, take your parcel to your nearest parcel shop. Here, you will be able to print a label using the QR code and hand your parcel to a member of staff for a receipt. In some ParcelShops a member of staff will use the QR code to print & attach a label for you. Please make sure you keep hold of your receipt as proof of postage.

Yes. The parcelshop will provide you with proof of postage. Please keep proof of your return as very occasionally parcels can go astray.

Your QR code is also emailed to you when you request your return. If you're still unable to locate your QR code please contact us.
