TikTok Live Giveaway Terms

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE-GIFT PROMOTIONS AND PRIZE-DRAW GIVEAWAYS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Promoters free-gift promotions and prize-draw giveaways. By participating in these promotions (the "Promotions"), you ("Participant") agree to comply with the rules set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not participate in the Promotions. These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.


1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

"Promoter": Mayborn (UK) Limited trading as "Tommee Tippee”.

"Participant": Any individual who meets the eligibility criteria set out in Sections 2 and 3 and takes part in the Promotions in accordance with these Terms.

"Promotions": Collectively refers to the free-gift offer promotions described in Section 2 and the prize-draw giveaways on TikTok described in Section 3.

"Qualifying Order": An order made through the Promoters online platform to the minimum specified value required to qualify for a free gift, exclusive of any delivery charges and after applying any discounts or offers.

"Free Gift": The item provided as part of the Promotions under Section 2, subject to availability and applicable conditions.

"Prize-Draw Giveaway": The randomised prize promotions conducted via TikTok under Section 3.

"TikTok Account": A valid, active TikTok user account required for participation in Section 3 promotions.



2. TERMS FOR FREE-GIFT PROMOTIONS

2.1 PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The Promoter is offering the following Free Gifts as part of the Promotions:

  • A free "Comfort Gift Set" with all Qualifying Orders over £40.

2.2 ELIGIBILITY

  • Participants must be aged 18 years or older and residents of the United Kingdom.
  • The applicable qualifying order value (see Clause 2.1) must be met after discounts have been applied but must exclude delivery charges from the calculation.

2.3 AUTOMATIC BASKET ADDITION AND STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • Free Gifts will be automatically added to the Participants basket at checkout provided the Qualifying Order criteria have been met.
  • All Free Gifts are provided on a "while stocks last" basis, and availability is updated in real-time on the Promoters online platform. Stock levels will be visible on the product page or at the checkout stage.
  • The Promoter shall not be held responsible for unavailability of Free Gifts once stocks are exhausted, and there is no entitlement to an alternative gift or cash equivalent.

2.4 DELIVERY OF FREE GIFTS

•   Free Gifts will be delivered within 14 days of the Qualifying Order being fulfilled, subject to the Promoters standard delivery schedules.

2.5 EXCLUSIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

•   Free Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with any other product.

•   The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms of the Free-Gift Promotion at any time, provided such modifications are reasonable and communicated in advance via the Promoters website or promotional materials.


3.  TERMS FOR PRIZE-DRAW GIVEAWAYS

3.1 PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The Promoter is conducting three separate Prize-Draw Giveaways via TikTok:

  • Follow-To-Win: Participants who follow the Promoter’s designated TikTok account (@tommeetippee_) and comment during the Promoter’s TikTok live broadcast during the promotional period will be randomly entered to win one Weaning Kit.
  • Comment-To-Win: When prompted by the host during the Promoter’s TikTok live broadcast, Participants who comment “BABY ESSENTIALS” will be entered to win one Wearable Breast Pump.
  • Comment-To-Win: When prompted by the host during the Promoter’s TikTok live broadcast, Participants who comment “BABY ESSENTIALS” will be entered to win one Perfect Prep Pro Machine.


3.2 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Participants must have a valid TikTok Account and be residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 at the time of entry.
  • Each Participant may only submit one entry per Prize-Draw Giveaway. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
  • Participation in the Prize-Draw Giveaways requires no purchase or payment.


3.3 WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

  • Winners of the Prize-Draw Giveaways will be selected fairly at random using TikTok’s built-in giveaway tools.
  • A summary of the random selection process will be made available upon request.
  • Winners will be notified directly via TikTok within 24 hours of the relevant Prize-Draw Giveaway closing.
  • Each winner will have 14 days to acknowledge the Promoters communication and claim their prize. If the prize remains unclaimed after this timeframe, the Promoter may select an alternative winner or withdraw the prize entirely.


3.4 FURTHER TERMS

  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical or connectivity issues on TikTok that may affect entry or participation in the Prize-Draw Giveaway.
  • Participants agree to abide by TikTok’s community guidelines in addition to these Terms.


4. TERMS FOR DISCOUNT FOR NEW FOLLOWERS


4.1 PROMOTION OVERVIEW

·         The Promoter is offering Participants who follow the Promoter’s designated TikTok account (@tommeetippee_) during the Promotional Period 10% off when they spend a minimum of £22.

·         This promotion is only valid on orders made through the Promoter’s TikTok live broadcast. The total value of an order must be £22 or more excluding any delivery charges.

·         A 10% discount will apply to the full value of the items purchased in a single transaction. The discount will not apply to any delivery charges payable.

4.2 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

·         Participants must have a valid TikTok Account and be residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 at the time of entry.

·         This promotion is available for new followers only. Participants must be new followers of the Promoter’s designated TikTok account (@tommeetippee_) and follow the account during Promoter’s TikTok live broadcast.


5.  DATA PROCESSING AND PRIVACY

  • All personal data provided by Participants as part of the Promotions will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The Promoter collects personal data exclusively for the purposes of administering the Promotions, which may include:
    • Verification of eligibility.
    • Contacting winners to deliver Free Gifts or Prizes.

TikTok’s data handling practices are subject to TikTok’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/us/privacy-policy/en.

For more information on how your data is processed, please refer to the Promoters Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy. By participating, Participants expressly consent to the Promoter processing their personal data in this manner.


6.   GENERAL TERMS

6.1 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 i.        The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with these Terms where such failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, technical disruptions, or third-party failures (e.g., TikTok platform glitches).

 ii.       The Promoters liability for all claims arising from the Promotions shall be limited to the actual value of the Prize or Free Gift in question.

iii.        The Promoter does not provide any warranties regarding Free Gifts, including but not limited to their fitness for purpose or durability.

6.2 AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATION

iv.        The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotions where necessary for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly through the Promoters website and social media channels.

v.       Amendments will not disadvantage Participants who have already entered a Prize Draw or placed a Qualifying Order under the original terms.

6.3 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
