These are the terms and conditions of our 2 year warranty (“Warranty”). Please read them carefully because they tell you what is covered, how to make a claim and any other things you need to do to be able to make a claim. This is in addition to your statutory rights (see below).
Who we are:
This Warranty is offered by Mayborn ANZ Pty Limited, a company registered in Victoria with ABN 66 154 703 134 whose offices are at Units 20-22, 15 Ricketts Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria, 3149, Australia ("we", "us"). Tommee Tippee is a trading name of Mayborn ANZ Pty Limited, which is owned by its affiliate, Mayborn (UK) Limited (a company registered in England and Wales).
“You” and “your” means you the customer who has purchased a Product from us.
Which products are covered?
This Warranty covers selected Tommee Tippee electrical items (excluding thermometers) purchased from our website at https://www.tommeetippee.com/en-au/ from the 11th October 2023. A list of the items is included at the end of these terms and conditions.
If you have purchased a kit or a bundle which contains electrical items, non-electrical items and/or thermometers, only the electrical items are covered.
In these terms we use the word “Product” to mean an item covered by this Warranty.
What if I bought my Product from somewhere else?
If you have purchased any Tommee Tippee items from another retailer, online or in-store, you should address any issues you have to that retailer or website in the first instance. Your statutory rights are against the retailer that sold you the Product.
How long are Products covered?
This Warranty covers Products for two years from the date of purchase.
We will keep a record of when you purchased your Product in your Tommee Tippee account, there is no need to register.
What is covered?
Any defect due to faulty materials or workmanship which occurs while the Product is covered by this Warranty.
What is not covered?
This Warranty does not cover wilful damage, negligence or minor cosmetic damage caused by fair wear and tear.

Making a claim
Before making a claim please take a look at our product support pages for lots of helpful videos, guidance and troubleshooting advice.

We will discuss the defect with you and may ask you some questions or take you through some trouble shooting to try to identify or rectify the problem and to validate your claim.
If we accept your claim, we will repair or replace the Product, at our discretion. You may need to return the Product to us, we will give you instructions how to do this and we will pay for the Australian postage.
If we replace your Product, that Product will be covered by this Warranty for two years from the date of replacement.
We may refuse your claim if you:

What if it has been longer than two years from purchase of the Product?
This Warranty only covers Products for two years from the date of purchase. Do not worry if a defect occurs after this time, we still want to help, so please contact us in the same way you would if you were making a claim.
What about statutory rights?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This Warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the Product, any restrictions imposed by this Warranty are not intended to be imposed on your statutory rights.
We may amend these terms at any time. Any amendments will be published on our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
