How it works: Five simple steps

Step 1 - Choose your product and quantity

 

Step 2 - Select your delivery frequency:

Choose how often you want your subscription to be delivered.

 

Step 3 - Add to basket and lock in your saving:

Save on every product you buy using subscription.

 

Step 4 - Checkout:

Enter your shipping address and preffered payment method. 

If you don’t have an account, you will have to create one to checkout so you can manage your subscriptions.

 

Step 5 - Amend or cancel at any time:

We know things change quickly with little ones. You can easily request an early dispatch, skip your order, or cancel your subscriptions once you don’t need them anymore, all from within your Tommee Tippee account.

  • What is the delivery charge for subscriptions?

    You can select a choice of delivery option for your first order in the checkout. Subsequent subscriptions are sent by standard delivery and are charged at the normal delivery rate. Click here to find out more about delivery.

  • When will my order be dispatched?

    Once placed, your first order is processed and sent immediately by the delivery method you selected on checkout. Subsequent orders are sent based on the frequency you selected. So, if you selected every 4 weeks, your second delivery will be processed 4 weeks after your first order is sent. Subsequent orders are sent by standard delivery. Delivery charges apply.

  • When will I be charged for my order?

    Payment will be taken within 24 hours prior to your dispatch date. The funds must be in your account at the time we attempt to take the payment for your order to be processed.

  • What happens if my payment is declined?

    If you have received an email to tell you your payment has been declined, we will attempt to take the payment again within 48 hours. If the payment is successful, your order will be sent. If you do not wish for us to reattempt the payment you must deactivate your subscription.

    If the payment is unsuccessful, your subscription will be deactivated. If your card has expired, you will need to cancel your subscription and set up a new subscription with a new payment card.

  • How do I change my order frequency?

    You can change the frequency of your subscriptions in your account.

    You will receive an email confirming your subscription has been updated.

  • Can I skip a month?

    Yes! If you don’t need a top up, or you’re not going to be home, you can skip your next delivery.

    • Login to your account
    • View your subscriptions
    • On the subscription you wish to amend, click the ‘SKIP’ button

    Your next order will be skipped.

    Your subsequent deliveries will continue.

    You will receive an email confirming your subscription has been updated.

  • Can I request my product/s early?

    Yes! If you are running low, you can request your next delivery now. 

    • Login to your account
    • View your subscriptions
    • On the subscription you wish to amend, click the ‘SEND NOW’ button

    Upon successful payment, your order will be sent for packing right away!

    Your subsequent delivery will be sent at the frequency you requested from this date.

    You will receive an email confirming your order.

  • How do I change my billing or delivery address?

    You can change the delivery or billing address of your subscriptions easily within your account.

    You will need to do this for each product subscription you have.

    You will receive an email confirming your subscription has been updated.

  • How do I change my payment method?

    If you would like to use a new payment method, you need to cancel your subscription, and set up a new subscription with a new card during the checkout. However, if you already have multiple payment methods saved within your account you can update your subscription to use one of these.

  • What is the cancellation period?

    If you would like to deactivate or skip your next delivery, you can do this from within your account. To be on the safe side you need to cancel or skip within 48 hours of your dispatch date. If do you cancel within 48 hours of dispatch, we will do our best to cancel your order, but we can’t guarantee your order won’t be sent.

    You can view your dispatch date within the subscription information. If the dispatch date has passed it’s too late to deactivate and you will need to arrange a return. Your subscription will be deactivated from the next dispatch.

    Once you have requested a cancellation you will receive an email confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can deactivate your subscriptions within your account.

    • Login to your account
    • View your subscriptions
    • Select the subscription you wish to cancel and click the ‘cancel’ button

    Once you have requested a cancellation you will receive an email confirmation that it has been cancelled.

    If you cancel within 48 hours of dispatch, we will do our best to cancel your order, but we can’t guarantee your order won’t be sent.

    You can view your dispatch date within the subscription information. If the dispatch date has passed it’s too late to deactivate and you will need to arrange a return.

  • Discounts & Special Offers

    When you sign up for a subscription, you lock in a saving for every order. That’s why additional promotion codes used during checkout cannot be applied to subscription products or subsequent subscription orders.

  • Pricing Changes

    Subscriptions are offered at a fixed price. If a subscription price increases, we will email your account email address, so that you can opt to cancel your subscription if you wish. If you would like to cancel, you will need to login to your account and deactivate your subscription, this won’t be done automatically for you.
