Using your product
Always disconnect the appliance from the electricity supply if it’s left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning. And switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or touching parts that move when the blender is in use.

How to assemble
DO NOT ASSEMBLE / DISASSEMBLE BLADES WHEN PLUGGED IN.

Slide the knife blade down over the shaft. WARNING! Handle the knife blade carefully as it is extremely sharp.

Stretch and attach the silicone sealing ring around the outside of the bowl lid. Make sure the flat side sits against the lid.

Insert the lid with the sealing ring into the bowl. Make sure to press firmly to make sure the lid is sealed correctly.

Lift the motor unit and place on top of the bowl with the lid. Turn until it drops into place.

WARNING!
The motor unit does not attach to the glass bowl, please ensure you hold and lift the blender with both hands when handling or moving the blender.

How to use
WARNING!
BLADE AND LID MUST BE ASSEMBLED BEFORE STARTING THE MOTOR.

Remove the lid and place the food in the bowl. Do not fill the unit past the ‘200ml’. To prevent the content overflowing, make sure to fill the bowl up to ‘200ml’. This appliance is intended for processing small quantities of food. Replace the lid.

Lift the motor unit and place on top of the bowl with the lid. Turn until it drops into place. Now you can plug in the motor.

Simply push the top button to activate the blades. Keep it pressed to blend the food. Do not keep the top button pressed for more than 30 seconds. If it is operated for more than 30 seconds let the unit cool down for at least 2 minutes before operating again.

Make sure that the blade has stopped turning completely before removing the lid. Unplug the unit, remove the lid and remove the blender blade. Carefully pull the knife blade straight up. Empty the food from the bowl. Do not use the food blender bowl for storing food.
WARNING!
After operating 4 cycles (each cycle is 30 seconds), let it cool down to room temperature before operating again. Keep hands and utensils away from the cutting blade while chopping food.

Note:
- If the food is too large, please cut it into smaller pieces first.
- For meat, please remove peel and bones first before chopping.
- Please put in the right amount of food each time.
- If some ingredients adhere to the glass bowl during chopping, please stop and unplug the appliance first, then use a spatula to scrape off the ingredients before chopping again.

Guidance on how to clean and maintain your blender:
- Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts and after every use wash the bowl, silicone seal and bowl lid in warm soapy water or use a dishwasher (top shelf only) and dry thoroughly.
- Wash the knife blade in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Handle the knife blade carefully as it is extremely sharp.
- The knife blade is not dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth but DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER.
Care shall be taken when handling the sharp knife blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
How often should I clean my blender?
Before first use and after every use, wash the bowl, lid and knife blade in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.

The department of health recommends that solid food should not be introduced before 6 months. Although you can start earlier (but not before 4 months) if advised by your health visitor or GP.
What should I do if my blender stops working?
There are a few reasons as to why your blender could have stopped working. Please follow our guidance on how to troubleshoot your blender should any of the below occur:

How long should I blend certain foods for?
The unit is intended for blending pre-cooked ingredients, blending liquids and soft fruits. The unit is not designed to blend hard ingredients such as ice cubes.

What is covered?
Any defect due to faulty materials or workmanship which occurs while the Product is covered by this Warranty.
What is not covered?
This Warranty does not cover wilful damage, negligence or minor cosmetic damage caused by fair wear and tear.
How long are Products covered?
This Warranty covers Products for two years from the date of purchase.
We will keep a record of when you purchased your Product in your Tommee Tippee account, there is no need to register.
What if I bought my product elsewhere?
If you have purchased any Tommee Tippee items from another retailer, online or in-store, you should address any issues you have to that retailer or website in the first instance. Your statutory rights are against the retailer that sold you the Product.
What if it has been longer than two years from purchase of the Product?
This Warranty only covers Products for two years from the date of purchase. Do not worry if a defect occurs after this time, we still want to help, so please contact us in the same way you would if you were making a claim.
