All the details on shipping and returns when buying from our online store. 

Shipping Information

Christmas Delivery:

• Standard: 3-9 days Business Days – last order date Dec 10th
• Standard Express: 1-4 Business days – last order date Dec 18th
• Next Day: Standard Overnight - order by Dec 22nd for delivery on or before Dec 24th


In the U.S. we offer three delivery options:·      

  • Standard: 3-9 Business Days - $5.95 Free for orders above $35, otherwise $5.95
  • Standard Express: 1-4 Business Days - $14.95
  • Next Day: Standard Overnight   - $43.95
    Includes the contiguous United States (but excludes Hawaii and Alaska)

Please note that we only ship to addresses in the contiguous USA. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. 

Please ensure you select your delivery preference at checkout. It is worth noting that FedEx does not operate or deliver on some National Holidays. 

You will receive email and/or text notifications from FedEx with tracking information for your order. This will include keeping you up to date on the expected date of delivery once it is on its way to you.

U.S. Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery 

This service includes the contiguous United States (but excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

If we receive your order before 6.00pm EST Monday through Friday, and you select the Next Day Delivery option, we will dispatch your order the same day. Delivery should take place the following working day if in the contiguous U.S. however, please note that Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days but FedEx can deliver on Saturdays.

We require a signature on delivery.

Please be aware that some States have different rules for taxes on shipping charges and we will add taxes to the postal charges if you ask us to post to one of these states.

Returns Information

We always stand by the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made it as easy as possible for you to return your unused product, provided you do so within 30 days of receipt. However, only products purchased via this website may be returned using the method outlined below. Items purchased from a partner retailer website or store, need to be returned directly to them. 

You may return new, unused products within thirty (30) days of delivery to receive a full refund of the cost of the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached. Your legal rights will not be affected. 

We recommend that you save proof of return postage from FedEx as we cannot issue refunds on goods we do not receive.

The Returns Process

We've tried to make this process as easy as possible for you and if you're returning items to us from within the U.S. follow the below five simple steps:

Step 1 - Login to the "My Account" area of and select the order number (this can be found on your delivery note) and then choose the returns option and follow the process. 

If you have checked out as a guest, then please select this link and follow the steps above.

Step 2 - You will be sent an email with a return order slip and a pre-paid return shipping label. Please print both. 

Step 3 - Place all items you wish to return with the return order slip in the parcel and seal.

Step 4 - Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel. Make sure any other carrier labels are removed or crossed out with a marker. 

Step 5 - Your parcel is ready to return. Please take it to:

any FedEx Office® location; a participating FedEx location; a FedEx approved drop box - Dropoff FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground® and FedEx SmartPost®

OR you can request a FedEx pick-up by creating an account with FedEx and following their instructions.

Remember to ask for a shipment receipt and keep this safe until your refund is received. 

All returns will be refunded to you via your original form of payment once they have been received and inspected at our distribution center. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for the credit to appear on your statement.  

Something is wrong with my product

We're sorry to hear that, but you may also return goods that you perceive to be faulty under our Terms and Conditions of Sale. It is essential that all items are returned to us in a clean and satisfactory condition. We appreciate that due to the nature of our products, some usage may have occurred, however we reserve the right to refuse an inspection if the products are returned in a state that is unfit for handling. 

Please contact our ParentHub using the details below, for advice and guidance on what needs to happen next. Upon receipt of a faulty item, an inspection takes place. If we agree that the fault falls within our Terms and Conditions of Sale, then the item will either be refunded or replaced free of charge. 

We reserve the right to reject returned goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy, and we may request that before items are returned to you, that you pay for the shipping back to you.
