    In 2025, we will implement our job levelling system which was developed in 2023/4 to improve transparency. We will also continue to benchmark pay to establish fair pay or living wages in all locations. 
  • Inclusive Recruitment

    In 2024 we commenced the roll out of DEI training with our hiring managers to ensure unconscious bias does not occur and create equitable opportunities for candidates.
  • Social Mobility

    From 2025, we’ll introduce mentorship and internship programs to support underrepresented groups and broaden our talent pool.
  • Diversity in Leadership

    We have proactively bridged the gap on under represented groups and in 2025, we’ll increase representation of underrepresented groups in leadership roles through leadership development and mentorship.

  • Global Health and Safety Standards

    By 2026, we’ll implement a comprehensive health and safety management system across all factories, aligned to ISO 45001.
  • Wellbeing Programs

    We are supporting flexible working policies, mental health support, and wellbeing initiatives to support employees in all aspects of their lives.
  • Support for Extended Leave

    Employees returning from extended leave will benefit from reintegration plans and tailored support.
