At Tommee Tippee, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Tommee Tippee® product (other than our electric breast pump products which are covered by a Limited Warranty) (the “Product(s)”) which you purchased from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement Product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Tommee Tippee 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please call us toll free at 1-800-715-9526 (lines are open 08.00am and 19.00pm EST Monday to Friday) and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your Product. If your request is approved, you will then need to submit photos of your Product and/or its packaging, as requested by Tommee Tippee, and mail in your Product with a proof of purchase.
You must submit your Guarantee request within sixty (60) days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your Product and proof of purchase.
If you purchased your Product from one of our authorized sellers, we ask that you first contact that seller to inquire about their return policy prior to submitting a guarantee claim to Tommee Tippee.
Tommee Tippee reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the Tommee Tippee 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
