  • How to assemble

    How to assemble parts guide steps 1 throuigh to 8, ensure all parts have been disassembled and clean seperatly. Description below

    Please follow these important instructions. Always shake parts after washing to remove excess water and leave to air dry before reassembling. Your cup could leak or be difficult to drink from if not assembled correctly as follows:

    1. Align the silicone spout (A) and the hard valve (C), press together. Ensure part B of the soft side is fully pushed through the hole of the hard side (C). This is essential to make sure the valve functions correctly.
    2. Install the silicone spout (A) with the hard valve (C) from under the lid, pull the spout (A) until it clicks and push the hard valve (C) firmly until the three prongs lock into place.
    3. Reassemble the hard straw (D) by pushing firmly into the hard valve (C).
    4. Screw on lid.

  • Guidance on how to clean and maintain your cup:

    1. Unscrew the lid and open the flip cap to expose the spout (A).
    2. Remove the straw (D).
    3. Use your thumb to push out the hard valve from under the lid.
    4. Pinch the base of the spout either side and push through the lid to remove.
    5. Wash all parts thoroughly in warm soapy water and rinse in clean water. To prevent damage, avoid using a brush on the soft part of the valve.

    • Do not clean with solvents or harsh chemicals.
    • All parts can be washed in the dishwasher (top shelf only).
    • Do not allow product to come into contact with oil based food (e.g. oil/tomato based sauces) as staining will occur.
    • Our insulated cups are suitable for sterilisation by cold water tablet/liquid solution only.
    • All other cups are suitable for sterilisation by steam (electric and microwave), boiling or cold water tablet/liquid solution.
  • How often should I clean my cup?

    Before first use, disassemble and thoroughly clean. This is to ensure hygiene. Before each and every use clean carefully. Always wash the product immediately after use.

  • Inspect before each use.
  • Do not store or leave in direct sunlight or near a source of heat.
  • Do not store with or allow to come into contact with solvents or harsh chemicals.
  • Not suitable for use in a conventional oven, a combination microwave oven or any other heating device.
  • As with most sippy cups, ours are to be used with milk, water or juices that don’t contain pulp.
  • DO NOT use with fizzy (carbonated) beverages, formula or hot liquids.

For your child’s safety and health, please follow these Tommee Tipps:

  • Always use this product with adult supervision. Accidents have occurred when babies have been left alone with drinking equipment due to the baby falling or if the product has disassembled.
  • Never use feeding spouts or straws as a soother.
  • Continuous and prolonged sucking of fluids will cause tooth decay. Tooth decay in young children can occur even when non-sweetened fluids are used. This can occur if the baby is allowed to use the cup for long periods through the day and particularly through the night, when saliva flow is reduced or if it is used as a soother.
  • Always check food temperature before feeding.
  • Always stir heated food to ensure even heat distribution and test the temperature before serving.
  • Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness.
  • Keep all components not in use out of the reach of children.
  • Never attach to cords, ribbons, laces or loose parts of clothing. The child can be strangled.
  • To avoid scalding, do not use the cup with hot liquid.
  • Do not use the cup or any part of the cup as a toy.
