All the details on deliveries and returns when buying from our online shop. 

Delivery Policy

We offer a range of UK delivery options, weekday deliveries are made using Yodel, Saturday by Hermes. Collection Points options are available too - see below.

You will receive email or text notifications from our delivery partners about your order. This will include keeping you up to date on the expected date and time of your delivery once it has been dispatched and is on its way to you. 

Yodel offer the following options (excluding Saturday and Collection Point delivery options):

  • Live parcel tracking with real-time driver map
  • Safe place nominated 
  • Preferred neighbour options
  • Nominate a new day
  • Change delivery address
  • Hold I'm on holiday (up to 14 days)
  • Collect from depot

 1. UK Standard Delivery

UK Standard Delivery - Free for orders above £40.00 / £2.95 for orders under £40.00

Delivery usually within 2-3 working days.

 

2. UK Express Delivery

UK Express Next Day Delivery - £2.95 for orders above £40.00 / £5.90 for orders under £40.00

Delivery usually next working day. This service includes the United Kingdom mainland and Northern Ireland but excludes the Scottish Highlands.

If we receive your order before 6.00pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday, and you select the Express Delivery option, we will dispatch your order the same day. Delivery should take place the following working day if in the UK Mainland or Northern Ireland, however, please note that Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days but certain couriers will deliver on Saturdays. For all other areas, a 2 day service will apply. 

We require a signature on delivery.

3. UK Saturday Delivery

UK Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £3.95 for orders above £40.00 / £6.90 for orders under £40.00

In order to guarantee your Saturday delivery, we must receive your order before 4.00pm (GMT/BST) on a Friday within the same week, we will dispatch your order to arrive on the Saturday. Upon delivery of your order, a signature will be required. 

4. UK Collection Points

UK Next day Collection Points - Free for orders above £40.00 / £2.95 for orders under £40.00

Over 7,000 locations acorss the UK open early 'til late in the UK. If we receive your order before 6.00pm (GMT/ BST)  Monday to Friday, we will dispatch your order the same day. Delivery to the designated collection point should take place the following working day if in the UK Mainland or Northern Ireland. Please note: Saturday is not classed as a working day, however some couriers may make deliveries on this day.

General Returns Information

We always stand by the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your recent purchase, we've made it as easy as possible for you to return your unused product, provided you do this within 21 days of receipt. However, only products purchased via this website may be returned using the method outlined below. Items purchased from another website or a high street retailer, need to be returned to them. 

You may return new, unused or unworn products within twenty-one (21) days of delivery to receive a full refund of the cost of the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging, and with all descriptive tags still attached. Your statutory rights will not be affected. 

We recommend that you receive proof of postage from your chosen carrier as we cannot issue refunds on goods we do not receive. 

 

The Returns Process

We've tried to make this process as easy as possible for you and if you're returning items to us from within the UK follow the below five simple steps:

Step 1 - Login to the "My Account" area of tommeetippee.com and select the order number (this can be found on your delivery note) and then choose the returns option and follow the process. 

If you have checked out as a guest, then please select this link and follow the steps above.

Step 2 - You will be issued with a returns note and returns address label. Print out both. 

Step 3 - Place all items you wish to return with the returns note in the parcel and seal.

Step 4 - Attached the returns label to the outside of the parcel. Make sure any other carrier labels are struck through with a marker pen. 

Step 5 - Your parcel is ready to return. Remember to ask your Post Office for proof of postage and keep this safe until your refund is received. 

For high value returns you may wish to organise Special Delivery, please speak to your local Post Office for advice. 

All returns will be refunded to you via your original form of payment once they have been received and inspected at our distribution centre. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for the credit to appear on your statement. 

 

Something is wrong with my product

We're sorry to hear that, but you may also return goods that you perceive to be faulty under our Terms and Conditions of Sale. It is essential for both hygiene reasons and to allow us to carry out a thorough assessment, that all items are returned to us in a clean and satisfactory fashion. We appreciate that due to the nature of our products, some usage may have occurred, however we reserve the right to refuse an inspection if the products are returned in a state unfit for handling. 

Please contact our ParentHub using the details below, for advice and guidance on what needs to happen next. Upon receipt of a faulty item, an inspection takes place. If we agree that the fault falls within our Terms and Conditions of Sale, then the item will either be refunded or replaced free of charge. 

We reserve the right to reject returned goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy, and we may request that before items are returned to you, that you pay for the shipping back to you.
