We offer a range of UK delivery options including FREE standard delivery for orders over £40.

We will email you to let you know your order has been dispatched.

You will receive email or text notifications from our delivery partners about your order. This will include keeping you up to date on the expected date and time of your delivery once it has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

*Express Delivery

Order before 3:00pm Monday to Friday and select the Express Delivery option. We will dispatch your order the same day and delivery should take place the following working day. Although Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days, certain couriers will deliver on Saturdays.

This service includes the United Kingdom mainland and Northern Ireland. For all other areas, a 2 day service will apply. It excludes the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands. 

We require a signature on delivery.

**UK Saturday Delivery

In order to guarantee your Saturday delivery, we must receive your order before 3:30pm on the Friday within the same week you wish to take delivery. We will dispatch your order to arrive on the Saturday.

This service includes the United Kingdom mainland and Northern Ireland but excludes the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.

How to place a return

As an account holder:

Login to your account:

View your orders and select the order you wish to return.

Click return and fill in the required details.

We will email you confirmation that your return request has been received with a shipping label.

Simply post your items back to us. Once your item has been received, we will start processing your return. You should receive a refund within 14 days. Refunds rely on your bank processing the payment, so please allow up to 21 days before contacting us.

Returns Policy

We offer returns within 21 days of receipt.

We get it, sometimes something just isn’t right for you, and you want to return it for a refund. So long as the item is still in its original condition, is new, unused or unworn you can return it within 21 days of delivery to receive a full refund of the cost of the goods to your original payment method. Please note you are responsible for the costs of your return.

Items should be returned in their original packaging, and with all descriptive tags still attached. Your statutory rights will not be affected. 

This only applies to items bought directly from this website, www.tommeetippee.com/en-gb. Items purchased from another website or a high street retailer, need to be returned to them.

After 21 days?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after 21 days. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Want to exchange an item?

We’re don’t offer exchanges. Need a different size or colour of an item? You will need to do a return for the existing items and simply place a new order!

Something is wrong with my product

We're sorry to hear that you’ve received a faulty product.

Please contact us for advice and guidance on what needs to happen next. We inspect all products on return. If we agree that the product is faulty, it will either be refunded or replaced free of charge.

It is essential for both hygiene reasons and to allow us to carry out a thorough assessment, that all items are returned to us in a clean and satisfactory fashion. We appreciate that due to the nature of our products, some usage may have occurred, however, we reserve the right to refuse an inspection if the products are returned in a state unfit for handling.
