TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These rules and terms and conditions are the rules ("Rules") which apply to the Tommee Tippee Another Place x Heritage competition (the "Competition"). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

The Competition is organised by Mayborn (UK) Limited of Mayborn House, Balliol Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EW (“Mayborn”). You can contact us in relation to the Competition by writing to us at this address.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, results and any issues relating to the Competition, the decision of Mayborn shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

ELIGIBILITY

The Competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry excluding employees (or member of their families or households of the employees) of Mayborn and any of Mayborn’s affiliates.

By entering the Competition, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Mayborn reserves the right to check the eligibility of all entrants. There is a limit to one entry per person to the Competition.

ENTERING THE COMPETITION

The Competition will run from 9:00am on 10 February 2025 until 17:00pm on 24th February 2025 (“Entry Period”).
To enter the Competition, you will need to complete the entry form on the Tommee Tippee website for the Another Place x Heritage Competition.
All the people who complete the survey during the Entry period will be entered into the Competition in accordance with these Rules.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Competition.

PRIZES

The prize is a two-night stay at Another Place Hotel, Ullswater, Lake District for the winner plus guests comprising of one adult and two children maximum, in a family suite on a bed and breakfast basis; and
One (1) Tommee Tippee® Perfect Prep® Day & Night Machine; and
One (1) Tommee Tippee® UV Steriliser, Dryer & Storage; and
A bundle of Tommee Tippee ®limited-edition products from the Tommee Tippee® Heritage Collection worth £78.99.
The winner is responsible for arranging (and bearing the costs of) any element of two-night stay that is not expressly described in clause 11 above, including transfers and travel. The prizes for the winner are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

SELECTING AND NOTIFYING WINNER

There will be one (1) winner selected for this Competition.
The winning entrant of the Competition will be the first entry drawn at random by Mayborn in accordance with these Rules, within 14 days of the closing date. In all matters, the decision of Mayborn shall be final.
The winning entrant shall be selected at random by using a computer-generated process.
The prize winner will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the Competition entry form. Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified in the prize notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification and within the time stated may result in selection of an alternative winner.
 

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

All personal information provided on the entry form shall be stored, processed and used in accordance with our privacy policy which you can read at:  (“Privacy Policy”).
Each entrant agrees that Mayborn may share any imagery or story provided within the entry form on Tommee Tippee’s social media pages and the Mayborn website after the competition has ended. This will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not want your images or story included on Tommee Tippee’s social media pages or on the Mayborn website, you must notify Mayborn within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the Competition.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Mayborn acknowledges that each entrant shall retain ownership or all intellectual property (including any copyright) in your entry shared within the entry form.
By entering the Competition, each entrant grants Mayborn a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual royalty free licence to use, reproduce and share any images and/or stories for promotional purposes.
You confirm that your entry:is your own original work and does not breach any third party’s intellectual property rights (for example, by including a company’s trade mark without permission);
is not defamatory, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, distasteful, pornographic or illegal;
can be submitted to Mayborn and used without breaching any contractual obligation to any person; and
does not contain anything which may be confidential or commercially sensitive.
If your entry contains photographs or video images of people, you must ensure that you inform them that you intend to use the material for the purposes of this promotion and obtain their consent.
We may ask you for evidence of any such consent and reserve the right to disqualify your entry if you are unable to provide it or if we have doubts about its adequacy.

LIABILITIES

Mayborn cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Mayborn is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received or sent on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Competition. Nothing in these Rules shall exclude Mayborn's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

GENERAL

Mayborn reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice at any time, if considered necessary by Mayborn in its opinion or if circumstances arise which are outside of Mayborn reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions on our website. 
The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
These Rules are the only rules and terms and conditions for the Competition and any other rules and terms and conditions are hereby excluded.
