We know that people are at the heart of everything we do - whether it’s the parents
we support with our products, or the employees and communities
who make our mission possible.
We know that people are at the heart of everything we do - whether it’s the parents we support with our products, or the employees and communities who make our mission possible.
Caring for people means everyone feels valued, safe, and inspired. It’s about being transparent in our practices and providing pathways for growth and development. It’s also about looking beyond our business to support local communities through volunteering, charitable programs, and social initiatives that make a real difference.
By championing fairness and respect at every level, we ensure that our teams reflect the diversity of the families we serve around the world.

of diversity, equity inclusivity and safety.
As a Responsible Employer we are committed to fostering a fair and inclusive workplace for all employees where people are fairly renumerated for their work, are appropriately recognised for their contribution and understand their remuneration. We will continue to ensure our recruitment processes and the development we offer our colleagues is free from bias and supports equal representation from all groups.
Providing a safe and healthy workplace that prioritises the mental, physical, and emotional health of every team member with the robust systems and policies in place.
Creating a culture of open communication, transparency, and trust.
Empowering employees and communities through meaningful support, learning opportunities, and development programmes.

Employee Wellbeing is at the heart of what we do. We prioritise creating a thriving, supportive work environment for all colleagues through wellbeing initiatives, supporting flexible working practices and creating a safe working environment.
We believe in fostering trust and transparency at every level and want to ensure we nurture a culture where colleague insight, feedback and concerns are welcomed and supported which includes having formal and informal feedback channels, appropriate routes for raising concerns and continuing to build a great place to work that creates Employee Engagement
Our employees are really important to us and we want to ensure that we give them every opportunity to achieve their goals and to feel supported through regular development conversations and opportunities to progress their careers. We have prioritised offering inclusive parental leave options and this year will launch initiatives to support community volunteering opportunities to continue our focus on our Social Responsibility in 2025.

We are dedicated to safeguarding our people through our ‘Safety First’ Health and Safety Program. To minimise risk, we implement global health and safety standards across all our sites. In 2022 and 2023, we were proud to receive the RoSPA Gold Health and Safety Achievement Award.
In 2024, our Morocco factory became our first ISO 45001 certified site. ISO 45001 is an internationally recognised standard for occupational health and safety management systems, designed to enhance performance, reduce injuries, and promote both physical and mental wellbeing.
In 2023, our employees in Australia, China, Morocco, and the UK dedicated a total of 670 hours to volunteering. To support our mission to reduce pollution caused by single-use plastics, our teams participated in several beach cleaning activities, helping to reduce the impact of plastic pollution.
Additionally, we engaged in community investment initiatives, including conservation efforts in public gardens and providing donations of products and food to families in our local communities.
We are proud to support the work of several charities across Australia and the UK, including The Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE), The Maternal Mental Health Alliance MMHA, Ashfield Play Forum and Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust.
Through our partnership with Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust, we are enhancing the biodiversity of our UK factory by planting wildflowers, the creation of a natural pond and the installation of bird boxes.
These efforts not only promote biodiversity but also provide our employees with spaces to connect with nature to support mental health and wellbeing.
