Price Match Promise

What is the price match promise and how do you do it?

We price match marked products against the displayed prices on the websites of the below listed UK online retailers, excluding marketplaces and third-party sellers on platforms such as eBay and Amazon. We use a daily feed of competitor prices to monitor, which we review twice a week.

Which retailers do you price match against?

We price match against the following UK retailers, to prices on their websites only:

• Aldi
• Amazon (sold directly by amazon)
• Argos
• Asda
• Boots
• Currys
• John Lewis
• Mamas & Papas
• Morrisons
• Next
• Sainsburys
• Smyths Toys
• Tesco
• Very

We’ve chosen these retailers as they have the same product offering as we do and there is reliable pricing data available for them.

How do I figure out which products qualify for your price match promise?

The relevant products are marked with “Price match promise” on the product page.

I’ve seen a lower price on one of the qualifying retailer websites. How do I tell you?

You should call us on 08085 97 9899 – calls are free from UK landlines and mobiles, and lines are open 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.

You will need to ring us before you make the purchase, as we cannot offer partial refunds.

Our team will need to verify the claim, before a price can be matched. Please have available a screenshot of the product page and a link to the website, with the product being sold for that price on the day you are calling.

What happens if I see a product priced lower on one of the qualifying retailers’ websites after I’ve bought my product?

I’m afraid we can’t retrospectively price match and are unable to offer refunds in this situation. If you do spot a better price on the website of one of the retailers we’ve listed above, please contact us before you make a purchase on our site.

The important bits – terms and conditions

• Price match is applicable on marked products only and on date of purchase only.
• Price match is against the online displayed price only, price match products may be excluded from offers e.g. discount codes, staff discount etc.
• We price match the exact model of the product, not old versions or different designs.
• We don’t price match against in-store prices.
• The qualifying retailer’s price must be before discount codes are applied and must include all applicable delivery charges.
• The product must be in stock and available for home delivery immediately on the qualifying retailer’s website. Products available as click and collect orders do not qualify for our price match promise.
• The product on the qualifying retailer’s website needs to be a like for like item, for the entire product offering.
• Price match only applies to retailers trading normally - it does not apply when any of the qualifying retailers are in administration or closing down.
• We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.
• We reserve the right to withdraw our price match at any time. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
