What should I do if my blender stops working?

There are a few reasons as to why your blender could have stopped working. Please follow our guidance on how to troubleshoot your blender should any of the below occur:
Problem | Possible cause | Solution |
The appliance does not work. | The appliance is not plugged in. | Plug the unit into the power socket. |
The main body is not installed properly. | Make sure the grooves on the bottom of main body match protruding ribs of bowl cover. | |
Abnormal vibration/ Loud noise | The blade is not installed properly. | Remove the ingredients and install the blade properly. |
The appliance is not placed on a flat surface. | Place the appliance on a flat surface. | |
Too many ingredients. | Turn off the switch. Disconnect the power supply and remove the excess ingredients. | |
The voltage is too high. | Check whether the voltage is too high. | |
Suddenly stop during use | Motor overheat protection | Rest for 20~30 minutes before use again |
The voltage is too low. | Check whether the voltage is too low. | |
Blade stuck | Put in too many ingredients. | Turn off the switch. Disconnect the power supply and remove the excess ingredients. |
The voltage is too low. | Check whether the voltage is too low. |
