Have yet to use it as still only pregnant. But seems great!
Really amazing value for money for the whole package. It has got everything I need for my nursery!
Bought a couple weeks ago for my daughter and they are the ONLY dummies she will take. She quite literally spat any others across the room. Amazing product The only thing I don’t like about them is you can’t use a normal dummy clip as the hole is too skinny to get the clip through
Bought this about a month ago, its the same teat as the closer to nature bottles which are what i’ve chosen for combi feed so using these has eliminated any confusion from baby. The dummy’s also been so much better for his skin than a dummy i was previously using. i would highly recommend these to anyone!
I brought these for my grandson who would only settle with his mother's breast, even if he wasn't eating. After a week of trying he nows settles down with one and doesn't need to be attached to his mother 24/7
I bought a set of soothers for my son approx a month ago. They are fantastic. Great quality and he loves them. They arrived super quickly all’s.
Love these dummies. Little one prefers these to any other he has. Will definitely be buying more.
We’ve been using these soothers a couple of weeks now, as as well as my son being happy with the shape/feel (we use Tommee Tippee bottles too) the main pro I’ve found is that there are no annoying grooves where the inevitable baby sick can gather and congeal, followed by the fact it doesn’t hold water in the bulb, eliminating any risk of scalding baby. So... happy baby, aesthetically pleasing design and colour, and easy to clean/sterilise. What’s not to love?
I don't feel I can honestly review these as I have been sent the wrong size twice and there are 2 big for my son too keep in his mouth of he had the right size I'm not sure if they would be any better
These are okay. My baby personally doesn’t like them but they do look good.
Soother has niple shape. It's soft and elastic. It's so breast-like that my boy cried becsuse milk didn't came out! Co s:my boy is 3 months old and soother is to heavy for him. Baby has to suck all the time to keep in the mouth. I would recommend it for agec3-6 months rather then from 0+
I have had this now for a couple of weeks, and my little one took to it straight away. He seems relaxed and this settles him every time. I love the different design. So different from all the others on the market
Although not the prettiest of soothers I prefer the overall look and feel to most pacifiers Came in very handy as I have an 8 week old terthibg
Extremely impressed. Little one has taken to this soother straight away which is a relief after having struggled previously with other soothers. As an exclusively breastfed baby it is a relief to finally find something else that can settle him. Cannot fault it in that respect but would have to mark down a point for aesthetics. The back of this soother is a little large and doesn't look the prettiest. I can imagine when closer to 6 months it might not look as large.
A well packaged and greatly designed product, taken to very quickly.
We received our soother a few days ago and my LG has taken to it so easily. She is exclusively breastfed and finds it difficult to take expressed milk from a bottle but since using the new soother we have seen a massive improvement in this. Also when using ordinary dummys she would suck them that hard she would get a horrible mark all around her mouth which would be red for a while. Due to the great design of the new soother she is unable to do this so no more red marks on her face. She is also able to hold it herself and replace it in her mouth if she takes it out. She was unable to do this with a regular dummy. Overall we are so impressed with this soother and will not use any others from now on!
I got this around a week ago, my little girl did take to it, but it kept catching on her clothes as its quite big so I changed her back to her normal tommee tippee ones. They dont look the best either if I’m honest but the teat feels lovely to touch and would help with moving from breast to bottle
My little one is now coming up to 3 months and is still using the 0-2 month newborn Tommee Tippee soother and won't take any others so thought I'd try this one. She seems to absolutely love the teat on it and accepts it straight away and is happy with it, however the plastic ring seems to make it tricky for her to keep in her mouth. I think it's too heavy/bulky so as soon as she starts to drift off it just falls out which wakes her back up again. I will keep trying her with them as she does seem to like the teat and p may get more used to it, but I think a standard handle with this teat would work better as opposed to the bulky plastic ring.
I have used the soothers for 3 days, previous soother im sure all new parents will know in the early days include being projected onto the floor repeatedly, the battle for little one to latch onto the soother or the ooooh its making them sick. No more problems little one latched right away and was soothed easily and calmly with no adult help, it was just short of a hallelujah moment. Washing and sterilising is easy as there is no parts soapy water get trapped or difficult to clean areas. I wish i had tried these soother sooner but will be my first port of call and recommendation for all in future.
My little boy took to this soother instantly. He loves the shape and the feel. It's great for settling him down and getting to sleep.
I read up on these dummies and thought I would give them a try, I breastfeed my son and we have had trouble getting him to take a teat at all. These are the only ones he will entertain although he does like to chew on them. I love the design and uniqueness of them, only down side is they are a little heavy for a newborn to keep in.
We have tried mam, nuk and normal tommee tippee ones. Being exclusively breastfed she was using me as a dummy. These have worked wonders. She gagged on every over dummy we tried. These have been a life saver!
I bought this dummy today after my baby developed reflux from the constant feeding! She had tried 2 different dummies and didn’t take to them! This one she has taken to like a dream and she has tried to over feed since I gave her it! It is similar to her anti colic tommee tippee tears which she looks for constantly. Highly recommend!
I've been trying various style/brand so others to see which one my daughter likes best and I can definitely say these are her favourite so far! They do a great job of getting her to sleep or to relax and they are a lot easier to find compared to more traditional dummies I've tried. Great service received too, order delivered within a few days if ordering.
After switching bottles from MAM to advanced colic which are amazing! I decided to try my little one on those soothers as she was using MAM and I wanted her teats to be similar to her soothers. She took to these straight away and are so much kinder to her little mouth. No more marks from where the soother had dug in like before. I would 100% recommend!
We use the tommee tippee bottles for combination feeding so these dumimes are great as no confusion. Just a shame I can’t see where to buy the other colours photographed in the photos on the tommee tippee website like the coral colour. Also they aren’t the most tasteful looking dummy but the other colours available make that a bit better (when they are available) also the price is really reasonable for two compared to others.
My baby has trouble switching from different bottles or Dummies so wanted to try the new Closer to Nature Breast-like Soother 0-6m, he took to it straight away! Would 100% recommend these Dummies!
My son took to the dummy straight away which is great. It’s easy for him to hold and it’s great to avoid nipple confusion!
I can’t believe how great this product is! I have a 15 week old baby who would only ever take to one type of dummy so I was a bit sceptical at first but I have seen great reviews on this product so I thought I would try it even though my son wasn’t breast fed. I gave him this dummy and he took to it straight away, if anything he won’t give it up now. This dummy seems to soothe and comfort immediately, it’s a nice simple design and reminds myself of the tommee tippee bottle teats. I find that the simple design makes it look good and a nice size dummy to carry. A dummy clip can be attached which is a great help. I would highly recommend this dummy to all, especially if you have a fussy child like mine who only likes a certain type of dummy as this seemed to work even better than his usual dummy.
Great product, my little one took to it straight away. Design of product is good but believe the plastic could be a little flatter to the face as looks a little large on my baby but he doesn’t seem to mind, comes in a pack of two neutral colours so could be used for boys or girls. All in all great product
Baba took to them quite well after an initial refusal, and seems quite content with them now. Only issue is getting used to how they look but doesn't affect how it functions!
These are the only dummies that my daughter will use. They are easy to clean what is always a bonus. so I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I received these dummies the other day and tried them out with my son he has taken to them straight away and they are just like the time tippee bottles teats which is great rather than transitioning from different teats I would recommend these to other parents great product
Mummy to 2
My baby will only take to these dummies. Only thing I will find that will settle her. Only thing I will say is they are a little heavy and she has dropped it out her mouth a few times and I have had to go back and put it back in. would be better if they come in a more girly colour like pink and yellow.
I actually received 0 to 6 month one not 6 to 18 month one. My newborn is only 17 days old, but our old kid (who’s now 4) relied on dummy throughout of his first 2 years so we thought we’d better be prepared for our new comer as well, plus we are planning to try bottle feeding by instead of 100% breastfeeding , so no to confuse between teat and nipple is important. We’re glad that the Closer to nature soother fulfilled our needs, we only use it when our baby can’t let go of mummy’s breast but I’m getting more and more tired, the soother acted a great role to let both mummy and baby have some of their own time. The only downside of it is that the soother cannot be attached to baby’s clothes, so when it falls off we have to sterilize it before it can be used again.
I have these ready in preparation for my daughter at 6 months. I have heard so many good things about these soothers. Without even using them I can see that they are going to be a lot easier to clean, so are more hygienic for our little ones.
Overall I can understand that thenipple likelart is more shaped as a nipple, however the plastic part at the bottom is too thick and when our baby boy tried to suck on it, ot resulted in too much saliva. I don’t think it make the transition easier.
At first my little one (she is 1) was slightly surprised by the unusual round shape of the dummy but she quickly got used to it & uses it now daily
My little ones breastfed and refuses any pacifier we gave her, this one she can keep in her mouth longer and chews away on it, just to get her to suck so she can keep it in her mouth without demanding we put it back in for her! Would recommend
I got this few days ago....my baby is 9 months..very cranky nowadays because of teething..this dummy is proving as a great soother specially when he is crying alot..he sometimes bites it to soothe his gums..the onl y thing which he is not used to of it is the round shape(he is on breasfeeding completely)..he is not getting into that practice as this shape makes no grip .i know it resembles breast still not helping much
With breastfeeding I always felt like my baby was constantly latching onto me for comfort aswell as feeding but now with this product it has helped with comfort for my baby and gives me a break between feeds to get other things done or just have a little me time. Best thing I could of ever used!
We were lucky enough to be selected to try the new closer to nature breast-like soother. We’ve struggled to find a good soother for in between feeds and for comfort as our baby prefers breast. We’ve found these soothers are great and our baby seems to love them. They have been very good for his sore gums as he’s teething so he’s had a good chomp on them! They’re easy to grasp with the open ridge that goes all the way round as opposed to the standard one handle pacifiers. Good value for money twin pack, would definitely recommend.
My daughter has quite sensitive skin and standard dummies usually use her with a very visible red ring around her mouth, however the softness of the breast-like soother doesn’t leave a single mark on her face so it’s definitely the way to go if your little one has sensitive skin. The ringed design on the outside also means it’s very easy for my daughter to pick it back up if it falls of out - which is especially helpful as it saves my husband or I haven’t to get out of bed in the middle of the night to replace it for her! The only downside to it, in my opinion, is it does look quite strange in my daughter’s mouth and reminds me of the American style oversized pacifier and so I am less likely to use it when out and about in public. That being said, that is purely for cosmetic reasons and the practicalities of the soother far outweigh this. I will definitely be using for my next baby especially when they are very young.
Baby girl loves her new soother. We've tried a few to get her to sooth herself and stop being so 'mommy dependent' and guess what? Magic!!! We found the right one. She loves holding and chewing her soother. Thank you for creating something magical for us.
We only this a week ago and holly already knows how to put in her mouth properly and she picks up and puts down so easy! She loves it!
Tried out the Closer to Nature Breast-like Soother with my daughter. A very good design as she took to the soother quite well even though she prefered a different shape to all other soothers on the market. She uses the Closer to Nature bottles and had previously been breast fed, so this soother gave her comfort when needed due to the association to food. She was able to put soother in and out of her own mouth with ease as the edge is big and rounded making it easy for her to grasp. There is a hole to attach a soother clip to it so its not dropped, although the hole could be made slightly bigger to make it a bit easier to attach with clips that have the snap buttons. Overall I would recommend this soother to anyone who’s little one doesn’t take to a soother to try this before giving up.
My exclusively breastfed baby has spat out ever single soother she has tried until now. She doesn’t suck on it but she loves chewing it. It’s very easy for her to hold and chew.
This is so great my l1 didnt take to any other soothers without breast milk on. And you can see in baby's mouth abit. I now im off to buy the other size
Love these dummy’s, initially my 12 months old wouldn’t take to them but with time she got used to them. Love the design of them personally, I like how the won’t get water trapped in them & great air flow. Does resemble a nipple and are a great size.
Really good design glow well in the dark at night when needed. They are really well made, unfortunately my LO hasn't taken to any soothers so can't comment on use but otherwise was really impressed
I bought the smaller size dummies and now the next size for my 8 month old. Great dummy, he was unable to such and orthopaedic dummy but can suck these. It is such a shame there is no case! We would also like clean dummies that we can take out and about!
Great design. My son loves them and best of all he can't put the whole thing in his mouth
My friend suggested and bought this for my little boy, as he didn't take to any other dummy and is breastfed. I'm so so glad she saw these because he took to them beautifully, and still loves it now. I will definitely be buying the next size up in a couple months. People are always commenting on it, but we love it
